The Esmeralda “Red Cherry Project” coffee supports coffee farmers through a program called LIFT.

This natural process coffee has notes of milk chocolate, papaya and kiwi. It is best brewed as a delicate pour over with slightly lower than average brew ratio to bring out the fruity notes. For those who loved the over-the-top fruitiness of the Zarzamora please know that this is oh so different. The fruit is there sure but it’s fairly subtle even though the unroasted green coffee is extremely fragrant.
