This is my go-to setup so I can start my day properly. The tactile experience and beauty of this combination is a very nice way to brew. And it brews quite well. After brewing with the v60 for years, I find the Origami to make a cleaner more nuanced cup. With minimal contact between dripper and filter paper, the flow rate is more readily controlled through grind, dose and pour dynamics.
