Provisions Black Label - Light Roast

Our classic Provisions All Brew Method leads with a solid natural Brazil base and then introduces fruit notes through a fruity natural process coffee. We love the fruity notes and wondered if we could bump up those notes while having the coffee still “work” culinarily. Meaning, would it feel balanced and be lovely as pour-over, French press, espresso, cowboy… as classic Provisions does so well. We are satisfied aka stoked with how this is working out. It costs us more to produce but for those who really want leading fruit notes in a reliable bombproof blend, this is it.

My favorite way to brew is via moka pot over a fire.
