Founder/Owner/Operator

Charlie founded Trailhead when a keen interest in coffee lead to experimentation with home brewing, and ultimately, roasting, which then lead to...well, Trailhead. He keeps the gears running smoothly at the shop and on his bike. He takes his coffee ethically sourced, and when time permits, outside.

Coffee Roaster/Profiler/Sourcing

Nick keeps his malevolent tendencies and enemies at bay with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a batch of fresh beans to roast, and time in front of the tube with his cat. He takes his coffee strong, black, and with no tea in the vicinity.

Delivery/Production/Sales

Josh is passionate about cycling. When he’s not pedaling deliveries on the cargo bike, or helping get those deliveries out the door, he can be found playing guitar, singing, or...riding his bike. He once had coffee with a bear, but typically, he just enjoys it outside, no bears present.
