Test roasts are complete and the flavors coming out of this coffee are outstanding! Rich body and a sweetness/brightness that will remind you of dried Goji Berries. This with a counterpoint of not the typical dark chocolate note but instead unroasted or lightly roasted cacao nibs. It’s a super satisfying combination.
This coffee offers an unusually smooth and pleasurable cup. Our ethics are all about supporting women, families and communities. This coffee does all three and tastes amazing while doing it.

PROCESS: Fully washed
