If you’re not completely satisfied with our order, please reach out to us at info@trailheadcoffeeroasters.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
returns
We cannot accept returns of opened coffee but if your coffee packaging arrives broken or defective, please let us know and we’ll get a replacement shipped out to you right away.
REfunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the Trailhead Coffee you ordered from our website, we’re happy to provide a refund of your purchase. Customers are eligible for a maximum of two refunds per rolling 12 month period.
