Our top 3 coffees all come from the women farmers of Café Femenino cooperatives from around the world. From our best selling medium roast Guatemala to our Campfire roast from Peru, we owe so much to these women.

They own their coffee farms.

This empowers them with economic power. With that power comes improvement to their lives. Their families thrive, their commmunities thrive and everything gets better. All through coffee. We buy it. We pay a premium for it. Their love and energy goes into every bean. And you get to enjoy what they produce and we apply the craft of roasting to for a satisfying, delicious and unforgettable cup.

We don’t shout enough about this. It’s cool. It’s important. I’ve been at it so long (2009) that I forget how much it matters. Our sourcing is intentional. The goal is to help those who we source from and choose farmers who are good to their families and communities. Cafe Femenino is one of many examples of the types of organizations with whom we work.
