The only ingredient in our coffee is coffee. Always and forever. We add nothing and the flavor notes are just the magic already in the bean that we tease out through meticulous roasting.

REGION: Quindio, Colombia 1400MASL
VARIETALS: Pink Bourbon
PROCESS: Natural, Fermented, Sun Dried
ETHICS: This sustainable coffee is sourced from family farms with a multi-generational history.

All coffees go through a fermentation phase and most are less than 72 hours. Meanwhile, this anaerobic fermentation goes on for 360 hours! The results are memorable and delicious!!
