So many choices and it’s hard to go wrong in the craft coffee row. Our coffees hit some strong ethical targets while simultaneously focusing on flavor. We mostly roast medium and gently to bring out what’s already there. The flavor notes are on the bag and are true. Most people who try our coffees fall in love with them.
